DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & MARKETING
MaryBeth has been with the Team since June of 2012, starting out as an Executive Assistant to Cindy Dickerman, transitioning into the Listing and Marketing Director Role for the Team in 2014, and changed roles as the Director of Operations in 2016. As the Director of Operations, MaryBeth works directly with our team members to ensure our clients receive the extraordinary customer service we are known for as a top producing team. In her current and previous professional roles, she has excelled in delivering exceptional customer service. She spearheads all of the team’s marketing, and in a nutshell, is responsible for ensuring that The Dickerman Team runs efficiently and effectively, with client service always in the forefront, creating the best possible experience for our clients. She is deeply committed to supporting all the members of the Dickerman Team achieving greater and greater levels of success for the Team. MaryBeth prides herself on completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. Her attention to detail and organization skills continue to help the growth of the Dickerman Team and all of its members! MaryBeth comes to us from California – she grew up in San Diego, went to college in San Francisco, and moved to Pennsylvania in 2010. She and her husband are raising their two young sons in Downingtown.
