Julie was amazing throughout the process of selling my home. Prior to listing she took time to thoroughly explain everything, and made great suggestions for showing. She was responsive to my input on listing price, and helped negotiate a fair price when we received an offer. We were under contract within a few days of listing. Then the real work started! After the inspections revealed major repairs for which I was responsible, Julie and her team provided amazing support in helping me find contractors, escrow the funds for repairs, etc. Julie truly went above and beyond to help and guide me through the process. She handled the closing for me since I was already working in another state, communicating with me throughout.
