I’ve bought and sold over a dozen homes in my life and rarely write reviews. In this case, however, I have to commend Julie Powers and the team for their work on helping us sell our house in April 2020. While we started the process before the Coronavirus took control, we had to finish under the stress of the virus. The team kept us regularly updated on the status of the closing and the many accommodations we had to make as the rules kept changing daily. The knowledge and ability to listen to our concerns was greatly appreciated. We sold the house and closed much faster and easier than i would have expected given the circumstances.
