To be straight to the point, Tricia Kiddie was absolutely amazing! She was professional, quick, and extremely helpful. She never forgot a question or concern while going through the process of selling our home and she was resourceful when it was needed most. Days before our house went live, our water heater started leaking, of course it did! Within a matter of minutes she had us linked up with a trusted and excellent repair man, who had the new tank installed in a just few days. Wow! I couldn’t even imagine the headache of hunting for a serviceman within that timeframe. Trish had the people we needed and the relationship with them that got the done correctly in a timely fashion. Beside the fact that she is a “boss” in what she does, she is the sweetest person to work with on such a stressful task.
