My boyfriend and I now are the proud owners of our dream home, and it’s all thanks to the Dickerman team. About a month and a half ago my boyfriend accepted a job in PA with an immediate start date. Seeing as at the time we lived about two hours away in NJ, we were in a bind. By this time we had already been in contact with a different real estate agency since we anticipated the move, but every interaction with our agent was insincere and uncomfortable. Luckily a close friend referred us to Molly Caso of the Dickerman team. Molly was attentive, empathetic, and completely on the same page as us throughout our entire experience. If I had a dumb question at 9PM on a Saturday she would answer me in a heartbeat, which as a first time home buyer we had quite a few of those… However, she never made us feel like a bother. Any snag we faced along the way, none due to any fault of the Dickerman team, Molly and her team handled with care. Not only that but she got our new septic system built in record time; seriously, somebody contact Guiness Book of World Records, mind blown. HUGE thank you to everyone on the Dickerman Team!
