Bridget Wardell

Bridget joined the Dickerman Team in June of 2019. She first developed a passion for real estate while working in vacation rental property management in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She soon developed a desire to try sales, and having gone to college at West Chester University, knew that Chester County was a great area to pursue a real estate career. After a few months of trial and error, she realized that her strengths would better serve the administrative and organizational side of the business. Bridget now handles all of our client’s transactions from the point they are under contract with a sales agreement all the way to the closing table, and beyond! Bridget will oversee and manage all of your details to ensure you have a smooth closing process and get to the settlement table seamlessly and on time. Her attention to detail and experience in real estate/customer service make her an important asset to the Dickerman Team and excellent Transaction Manager. Bridget lives in Downingtown with her family including her son Luke.
