Lauren Dickerman Covington

Lauren was born and raised in Chester County and grew up inspired by her mother’s passion and success in the real estate business. She is a Summa cum Laude graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Accounting, and currently resides in the Eagleview community in Downingtown with her husband and two daughters, Lydia and Cora. Together with her husband, Lauren has a passion for investing in real estate holds as well as flipping homes in the immediate Downingtown and Exton area. Lauren started her career in real estate as the marketing assistant for her mother's top selling sales business (The Cindy Dickerman Team) while in college, and in 2010 she transitioned into full time sales working as a buyer specialist. In late 2013 Lauren purchased the business from Cindy and re-launched the sales team as The Dickerman Team, transitioned into working with sellers as the Lead Listing Specialist, and now runs what is the top sales team in the KW Exton office and one of the top teams in all of Chester County. Currently, Lauren’s focus is her leadership over the continued growth and development of the Dickerman Team. Through hiring to the highest standards, providing world class training to our specialized team members, staying ahead of the industry in systems and technology for the marketing of our listings and overall service, Lauren will guarantee a superior experience to our clients. The Dickerman Team remains in the top 1% in sales in the United States, has been named Top 1,000 Real Estate Agents by Wall Street Journal, and voted 100 Most Influential in Real Estate in PA by Philadelphia Magazine.
