Karen Dwyer is a licensed Realtor® who has proudly served Chester County since 2018. After many years as a registered nurse, she transitioned to real estate full-time in 2019, combining her passion for helping others with an entrepreneurial spirit. Known for being detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and a tough yet fair negotiator, Karen draws on her nursing background in patience, advocacy, and problem-solving under pressure to protect her clients’ best interests. While experienced on both sides of the transaction, her greatest passion lies in helping sellers market their homes with precision and negotiating the strongest possible offers. A Chester County resident since 2008, Karen doesn’t just sell homes here, she lives, works, and raises her family in this community with her husband, Shawn, their daughters, Aurora and Avianna, and their dog, Buddy.
