I am completely satisfied with my experience using the Dickerman team in my home purchase. I worked with Leana Dickerman and Kathy McQueen for my home search. Leana was aggressive when I needed her to be, but was also very patient with my search. They are very knowledgeable of the geographic area and took the time to understand my needs and my preferences. Kathy also did a great job of keeping my young children entertained and interested as we looked at properties, for which I am very thankful. They also did a tremendous job negotiating a fair offer for my purchase. Once the deal was negotiated, I worked with Sara for preparing for closing. Sara was great, and did a excellent job keeping me organized and preparing me for everything that i needed to close and made the process a lot less stressful. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful experience and will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.
