Molly Caso and the Dickerman team came HIGHLY recommended to me and when I decided to start looking for houses I contacted Molly and within a few hours she was sending me some options. After reviewing the options Molly sent me, she had a viewing scheduled and showed me the house that same day. After looking at the first one, I saw nothing but potential and fell in love. Later that evening, which was a Friday, Molly worked with me late that night to figure out what a good solid offer would be. After some negotiating back and forth for a few days, we finally came to an agreement. My biggest mistake was not working with the mortgage broker that Molly had recommended. After several push backs and problems due to the broker that I had decided to work, with we were finally able to settle THREE months later. All along that time period, Molly and the rest of the Dickerman staff helped and guided me through all of the heartaches that was presented. In a nut shell, if/when I decide to sell or rent to upgrade, I will ABSOLUTELY contact Molly for her assistance, but will definitely be using the mortgage broke who she recommends this time.
