Seriously…. stop your search for the perfect Real Estate team now because this is the jackpot.My husband and I were being relocated for his new job and the relocation company set us up with a realtor in the area. We weren't thrilled with our experience so we made the switch to the Dickerman Team. Lauren and Leana were recommended to me by a friend who had purchased her home through the Dickerman team and she had nothing but rave reviews. I called Lauren first and she took down all of our info, what we were looking for, etc., and immediately popped me to Leana to start our search. My husband and I learned more in one day than we had in two weeks with the previous realtor. Leana explained the entire process and even broke down what our estimated monthly payments would be for each home we looked at. She showed us homes we found on our own and then set up appointments for ones that she thought would be a good fit based on our wants and needs. And talk about patience! This lady set up multiple appointments with us, weekend after weekend,and was so wonderful every step of the way. When we found our house, we knew it was the one. Leana and her assistant Sara walked us through every step of the process once we were under contract and answered every single question we could come up with. When it was time to negotiate purchase pricing and inspections, Leana fought for us big time. We ended up getting the house (with some extras!) for a very fair price for the area. All in all, an extremely enjoyable and easy experience. Home buying can sometimes be stressful, and the Dickerman team takes the stress out of it.
