This was our first time going through the home buying experience and Jen made it the easiest/most enjoyable process. Especially in today's market, Jen helped us through the entire way and assured us of any worries we had! If we could recommend anyone for a home buyer, it is Jen 100/100 times! We moved from Texas to PA in Aug. 2018. Molly Caso-Crawford helped us find an adorable town home to rent until we knew where we wanted to buy. We started the buying process a year later and she was knowledgeable, kind, and negotiated the best price. The seller realtor was not easy to work with but Molly and the Dickerman Team bent over backward to make sure we got in our new home for a fair price and took care of all the negotiations behind the scene so our family could focus on our move. We are so thankful for their support as we were so new to the area and didn't know anyone! They are fantastic!

We loved working with the Dickerman Team and would recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell or buy in the Chester County area. Buying and selling a home is a lengthy and stressful process, but everyone at the Dickerman Team made it seem seamless.We received multiple offers on our townhome and ended up selling over-asking in just a few days (right before Christmas, nonetheless!). I've bought and sold over a dozen homes in my life and rarely write reviews. In this case, however, I have to commend Julie Powers and the team for their work on helping us sell our house in April 2020. While we started the process before the Coronavirus took control, we had to finish under the stress of the virus. The team kept us regularly updated on the status of the closing and the many accommodations we had to make as the rules kept changing daily. The knowledge and ability to listen to our concerns was greatly appreciated. We sold the house and closed much faster and easier than i would have expected given the circumstances.

The Dickerman team was great!!! We worked with Tricia to sell our house and Molly who helped us find our new home. Everything they promised, they made happen. Our townhome sold in just a few days, over asking and right before Christmas – I don't know any other real estate group that could get that done.
