Julie was amazing throughout the process of selling my home. Prior to listing she took time to thoroughly explain everything, and made great suggestions for showing. She was responsive to my input on listing price, and helped negotiate a fair price when we received an offer. We were under contract within a few days of listing. Then the real work started!After the inspections revealed major repairs for which I was responsible, Julie and her team provided amazing support in helping me find contractors, escrow the funds for repairs, etc. Julie truly went above and beyond to help and guide me through the process. She handled the closing for me since I was already working in another state, communicating with me throughout.I highly recommend Julie for her expertise, professionalism, and commitment to service for her customers!

The Dickerman team did a great job selling my father's house after he needed to move into assisted living. We interviewed 6 realtors and we were very impressed with Tricia, our selling agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We liked the team approach as they were very responsive and guided us along the way.The house, which is in an over 55 community, was a unicorn as it was a 1 bedroom with potential for more bedrooms, in a development that had similar houses for sale that were 2 -3 bedrooms. It was difficult to get comps and buyers in the door. The selling team came up with a clever idea that got the right clientele to visit and within no time we had our buyer!We also liked how they host monthly socials and an annual pig roast. They really make you feel welcome and important! We had a great experience and highly recommend Tricia and the whole Dickerman team.
