I had the pleasure of working with Tricia Kiddie for the purchase of my first home. Although I was interested in buying a home, I wasn’t in any particular rush since my living situation was comfortable. As a single adult, I didn’t have a specific list of needs for my future home, or number of rooms, or even an exact location. And while I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for, Trish came to learn what I liked and disliked from the conversations we had and comments I would make in the countless number of houses we saw over the course of our search together. Her enthusiasm for visiting potential homes is contagious, and her ever-increasing knowledge of the real estate market is impressive. I knew next to nothing about real estate, but felt the urge to get my home search started sooner than later (or else I never would have) and to say Trish taught me a thing or two is an understatement.

Trish has a unique combination of patience and persistence that allows the buyer to feel comfortable when searching for their new home, but confident in trusting her to be there when you need her– whether it’s questions about paperwork, visiting a house on short notice, or assembling your most attractive offer, I always felt like I had a step up on competing home-buyers since I had Trish on my side. And while we finally did find a home that was perfect for me in an incredibly competitive market, the journey to get there was just as enjoyable as the destination.
